Practice notes

Sixteenths are too fast for one finger, so share them: index finger on the hat pad, middle finger on the second hat pad, always alternating (1-e-and-a = index-middle-index-middle). Start at 65 BPM and keep every note the same volume, then add the accents in the chorus.
