Practice notes
Same pads, three volumes. Accents (tall marks) are hit hard, normal notes medium, ghost notes (short marks) barely touched. Pads are velocity-sensitive — practise by playing the main groove with only ghost notes on the snare between the backbeats, keeping them much quieter than 2 and 4.
