We do not provide professional music instruction, medical advice, or any other form of professional consultation. You should not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional music education or instruction.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to earthquake, fire, flood, act of God, act of war, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, internet outage, third-party service failure, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
